Digital products or subscriptions that are purchased and are accessible online or are downloadable, such as on-demand tutorials, yearly subscription, photoshop actions, image overlays, Presets, templates eBooks etc, are not eligible for return unless otherwise specifically mentioned.

If certain items are eligible for refund, in that eventuality only the amount after deduction of the transaction fees shall be refunded.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

There is no contract or commitments for subscriptions. Any subscriptions billed are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be cancelled during any billing period and services will be terminated at the end of said billing period unless on a trial period, then services will be terminated immediately.
